Unbroken Bonds. Unstoppable Leaders.

WHo we are?
At NextGen Warriors: Unbroken Bonds, we are a hybrid-powered movement dedicated to breaking generational cycles of incarceration and poverty. Founded by Anthony Foreman, our mission is rooted in lived experience and the belief that healing, mentorship, and economic power should be accessible to every youth affected by systemic injustice.
We serve justice-impacted youth and families through trauma-informed care, financial literacy, and long-term mentorship. Our nonprofit work is supported by three strategic LLCs that help us build digital platforms, deliver DEI training, and run powerful reentry programs.
We are more than a nonprofit—we are a collective of warriors, educators, and advocates transforming pain into purpose and equipping the next generation to lead with strength.
We Don’t Just Lead — We Rebuild Futures.
How we got here?
NextGen Warriors: Unbroken Bonds was born from real struggle, real pain, and a real need for change. After witnessing the generational impact of incarceration and systemic injustice, founder Anthony Foreman created this movement to break the cycle.
What started as a passion project has grown into a structured, hybrid-powered organization rooted in mentorship, healing, and economic empowerment. Through deep partnerships with community leaders, justice advocates, and educators, we’ve built a network that uplifts justice-impacted youth and families at every stage—from reentry to career.
We’re not just reacting to injustice—we’re redesigning the future. One youth, one bond, one breakthrough at a time.

We Don’t Just Empower Youth—We Rebuild Legacies.
